Yes, we have on-site maintenance at Pillar at Fountain HIlls.
Please submit a work order in person, online on our resident portal or over the phone.
We have a 24-hour maintenance response.
No, but permission is required to enter.
During business hours, ID can be provided in exchange for a key to the unit. After hours, residents would have to call a locksmith.
Yes, as long as the unit is returned to its original state without damage.
Cox Communications is our internet and cable provider.
Administrative
No, tours are free.
We accept walk-ins for tours.
The management office is available Mon-Fri, 10 AM-6 PM.
You can apply for an apartment online or in person.
An applicant will receive approval or denial within 48 hours.
Prorated rent and deposit, applicable fees.
Personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and online payment via the resident portal.
You can pay your rent online via the resident portal and Rent Cafe App.
Monthly fees could include pet rent, renter's insurance, rent plus, and garage (if rented).
Yes, renters insurance is mandatory.
Utilities not included and residents will be billed by Conservice.
Residents can sign up through SRP.
Yes, there is a referral bonus.
Guests are allowed up to 2 weeks.
No fees will be charged if transferring to another Pillar community.
No, sublets are not allowed.
If you break the lease, you will be charged 2x/base rent.

Yes, Pillar at Fountain Hills is pet-friendly.
Pet fee is $300, the refundable pet deposit $300, and $50 pet rent (per pet) per month.
No weight restrictions. Please contact us for more details on breed restrictions.
Each unit is supplied with a washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
Yes, we do offer short term leases.
No, packages will be delivered directly to your front door.
The fitness center is open 24 hours.
Building quiet hours are from 9:00 PM-6:00 AM.

The community has exceeded my expectations, but what truly stands out is the outstanding support from the staff, especially Mickey. Mickey has been an invaluable resource during my first two weeks here. She has been genuinely caring, prompt, and efficient in resolving things when they arise. Her ability to handle situations professionally and warmly is hard to find.
