We have a 24-hour maintenance response.
No, but permission is required to enter.
During business hours, ID can be provided in exchange for a key to the unit. After hours, residents would have to call a locksmith.
Yes, as long as the unit is returned to its original state without damage.

Mickey has been an invaluable resource during my first two weeks here. She has been genuinely caring, prompt, and efficient in resolving things when they arise. Her ability to handle situations professionally and warmly is hard to find.
