The community has exceeded my expectations, but what truly stands out is the outstanding support from the staff, especially Mickey. Mickey has been an invaluable resource during my first two weeks here. She has been genuinely caring, prompt, and efficient in resolving things when they arise. Her ability to handle situations professionally and warmly is hard to find.

Recently, I relocated out of state, so I gave up my residence at Pillar. My deposit was returned quickly.
