I recently moved into Pillar at Fountain Hills and am very impressed by the experience. The community has exceeded my expectations, but what truly stands out is the outstanding support from the staff, especially Mickey. Mickey has been an invaluable resource during my first two weeks here. She has been genuinely caring, prompt, and efficient in resolving things when they arise. Her ability to handle situations professionally and warmly is hard to find.

They asked me numerous times during my residence how everything was going and if I needed anything. This is the fifth time I have rented in the area, but the first time I ever felt truly welcome, wanted, and valued as a tenant. Recently, I relocated out of state, so I gave up my residence at Pillar. My deposit was returned quickly.
